Season Pass Sale has ended!

• Family pass must include a parent and their children 21 years and under. Family members must be from the same
  household. Children aged 4 and under are free (born on or after 12/1/2021).
• Unaccompanied Minor Pass is for a child aged 18 and under (born on or after 12/1/2006), or if they are still enrolled in
  highschool. Minor must review and sign (with a parent/guardian) our Code of Conduct. Those that violate the Code of
  Conduct will have their pass revoked without a refund.
• College students must provide proof of their current full-time status. 12 Credits or more – no exceptions.
• Unlimited Season Passes are valid anytime the ski area is open. Our 2025/2026 season is projected to start by Mid-
  December and run through Mid-March. Night hours during the 2025/2026 season will be through 8pm.
• Season Passes are NOT TRANSFERABLE. The use of season passes by anybody other than the person named on the pass
  is a crime under Theft of Services. We will press charges.
• Passes must be worn above the waist on an outer garment, so it is visible to our staff.
• Lost passes must be reported to the business office immediately. Replacement cost for a lost pass is $25.
• Passes are non-refundable.
• Reckless skiing and snowboarding are dangerous to you and to those around you. Offenders may be required to leave the
  area and may have their season pass revoked without a refund.
• Skiers and Snowboarders must follow all posted and oral directions and avoid acts of carelessness that could cause injury.
• KNOW THE CODE. All skiers and snowboarders should read and understand WARNING TO SKIERS.

WARNING TO SKIERS
Skiers and ski lift passengers are governed by the New York State Safety in Ski Code, Article 18 of the New
York State General Obligations Law. Before affixing pass or allowing any pass to be affixed to your person,
your attention is directed to posted “Warning to Skiers” that is displayed where your pass is purchased.
The Safety in Skiing Code requires you to seek out, read, and understand the “Warning to Skiers” before
you decide to participate in the sport of skiing.
Skiing, like many sports, contains inherent risk including, but not limited to the risk of personal injury,
including injury, or death, or property damage. Therefore, Woods Valley Ski Area takes appropriate
measures to protect skiers from undue, unnecessary, and unreasonable hazards, including those created
by skier conduct, excesses, and attitudes. Skiers who create such hazards for themselves, to other skiers,
can be arrested under Article 18 of the New York State General Obligations
